📲 Method 1: Instant Self-Service In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Because Salon Buddy is engineered as an offline-first POS, your salon operations data lives directly on your local device. You can completely wipe all local databases in seconds without waiting for administrative review:

Open Salon Buddy Launch the application on your Android smartphone or tablet.

Navigate to Settings Tap the Settings gear icon (⚙️) located in the navigation bar or side menu.

Locate Data & Database Management Scroll down to the Data & Storage section.

Tap "Reset Database" or "Wipe All Data" Confirm the deletion prompt. You may be asked to verify with your local security PIN to prevent accidental deletion.

Delete Cloud Backups (If Enabled) If you connected an optional cloud backup (Supabase), tap Cloud Backup > Delete Remote Backup to purge the remote archive.

Uninstall Application Uninstalling the app completely purges the sandboxed local SQLite database and cached files from your device.

If you no longer have access to your device, have uninstalled Salon Buddy, or want Dubleo Tech to verify that all cloud backups, server logs, or registered credentials associated with your business are permanently expunged, submit a request below:

* Note: Pseudonymous advertising identifiers managed by Google AdMob are governed independently under Google's data privacy policies. Users can reset or delete their Google Advertising ID directly via Android System Settings.

⏱️ Retention Periods & Processing Timelines

We strictly adhere to prompt deletion timelines:

In-App Deletion: Local database records and cached files are erased instantaneously (within 0 seconds) from local storage upon user confirmation.
Remote Cloud Deletion Requests: Once an email or web request is verified to protect against unauthorized deletions, all remote database archives are permanently purged from Supabase cloud storage within 48 to 72 hours.
Irreversibility: Once deletion has concluded, records cannot be recovered or restored by Dubleo Tech support.
